Typographical Errors
In the event that a EasternToys.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, EasternToys.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. EasternToys.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, EasternToys.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by EasternToys.com without notice at any time, for any reason. THere are absolutely no returns allowed on costume merchandise. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

There are absolutely no returns for sales at this time of the year, sep- nov no exceptions all sales are final.
Return Polices/Damaged Packages:
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment during business hours.
If you wish to cancel an order for a full refund you may do so as long as it is not in transit, if it is in transit please refuse the order when it arrives and you will only be charged for one way shipping.
If you accept the order you have 7 days from the time the order was delivered to return the goods as long AND ONLY if the Item is unopened and in its original packaging and sealed. If you open the item we can not accept it as a return.
If the item is damaged
If it appears that it got damaged in transit please notify us immediately, as soon as we get word from the shipping carrier that we will get a reimbursement we will replace you the item, you are required to keep the damaged goods until notified.
If the item is damaged not from shipping but its defective please email us within 7 days of accepting the item, depending on the manufacturers policy’s some require that you the customer must deal with them directly and in that case we can only give you their customer support number. Some manufacturers do permit us to ship you a replacement and in that case that will be what we will do and we will deal with the manufacturer with the damaged item
From September through February we do not honor any exchanges or returns at all. All items should be paid within 7-10 days.
