There’s nothing like dressing up every now and then to make things a little more interesting.  And why should we limit it to kids?  Even adults need to break out of their routine and become someone (or something) else once in a while.  That’s probably why Halloween has become one of the most popular holidays in modern times.  To meet this demand, the number of adult costumes has increased exponentially. 

Going as a duo 

A popular idea in adult costumes is to wear things that coordinate with each other in a creative way.  Some ideas include an Adam and Eve coordinated costume with matching fig leaves and leaf headpieces.  Or you can use the old phrase ‘Ball and Chain’ literally with an adult costume that allows you and your partner to be stuck to each other for the evening.

Dressing up in private

When you’re looking to make some heads turn, you can always choose animal costumes that use animal ideas: Gorilla, Comical Cow, Parrot, or Penguin.  For something even more creative, why not dress up as a Shark Attack with your head sticking out of a shark’s body?  Or you can wear a shark fin on the back of a Hawaiian shirt – Shark Fin Shirt. 

If you’re hungry for more adult costumes, you can find costumes from a Ketchup Bottle, Banana, and Hot Dog, to a Lime Wedge – even a can of Spam.  Match up with a friend and be a Salt and Pepper shaker duo.  You might also find that a Milk Carton or a Fulla Bologna costume is the perfect fit for your sense of humor.
